Design-Build Process

During the design-build process it is very important we explore all your needs (and wants) in detail so we can provide a comprehensive plan for you to consider. From concept to completion, we give careful thought and attention to ensure you receive a solution tailored to your needs. Ultimately our process makes your entire experience as effective and efficient as possible from start to finish.



1. Discovery:

We kick off our projects with a discovery process in which we discuss your needs and vision. Initial discussions are casual, but become more specific as we create a plan that balances your desires with new developments in technology, your budget and future considerations for integrating smart systems.


2. Design:

After our preliminary meeting with you, our sales team works closely with our expert engineers to design the most efficient and practical layout for your system — one that meets your current needs and leaves room for growth as your technology needs evolve. We may email you occasionally with examples of projects and our solutions, and you can visit our experience center to learn about the capabilities of your new system as it comes together. Once we have a proposal ready for you, we’ll schedule a meeting to review.


3. Review:

During our proposal review meeting, we’ll discuss the solutions we have designed for your home or business. We review all aspects of the plan to ensure that we’ve covered every room, and we’ll discuss the planned locations for your system components. If you have changes, our engineers adjust the project scope and design as needed.


4. Implementation:

After we’ve completed proposal discussions, we’ll begin staging your design layout by putting together equipment racks and programming the system remotely from our office. On the day of installation, our technicians will arrive at the scheduled time and fully prepared to implement your system. Your equipment will be organized, and a checklist for the project keeps the process moving at the scheduled pace. We document all aspects of the job, and upload project pictures for our management to review for quality assurance purposeshe install running smoothly. 5. Training & Support:

After your project is complete, we demonstrate how to use your new system so you can start enjoying your technology right away. If you have questions later or need service, we’re available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to ensure your technology continues to run flawlessly.
